多粘芽孢杆菌β-葡聚糖酶特性及其基因克隆

Properties and cloning of β-glucanase from Bacillus polymyxa

摘 要:对多粘芽孢杆菌所产的β-葡聚糖酶特性进行了分析.结果表明:该酶的最适温度为50 ℃,在60℃以下酶相对稳定.通过PCR方法扩增和克隆了该酶基因的全长DNA序列,长度为734 bp,其中开放阅读框架长714 bp,编码238个氨基酸.经Blast分析,该序列与已登陆的多粘芽孢杆菌和浸麻芽孢杆菌的同源性较高,分别为99%和82%.
