基于局地环流的城市通风道规划方法——以德国斯图加特市为例

摘要:

为了提高我国城市通风道建设的有效性,从气候生态补偿空间、作用空间、空气引导通道3个方面总结基于局地环流的当代德国城市通风系统规划方法.通过斯图加特山地区域案例研究,分析德国城市通风道规划的工作程序,即信息采集、气候功能评估、指导方针与规划目标制定、措施概念明晰.研究结果表明,基于翔实的地理与气候数据信息,通过综合运用地理信息系统与数值模拟技术,可以准确模拟静风条件下城市内部及周边的局地环流运行状况,实现城市通风道的定位、定量规划.

Abstract:

In order to promote the effectiveness of ventilation channel in Chinese cities, the planning method of German urban ventilation system was summarized based on local circulation from aspects of compensation area, effect area and urban ventilation path. The working procedure of urban ventilation channel planning, which is mainly composed of information collection, climate assessment, setting planning objectives, establishing guideline and defining measurement concept, was analyzed by studying the case of Stuttgart. Results show that a local circulation under low exchange weather in or around an urban neighborhood can be accurately simulated with sufficient geographical and climatic data information by means of geographic information system and numerical techniques, and an urban ventilation channel can be located and quantified.
