第二次全国土地调查成果现势性评估方法

摘要： 第二次全国土地调查（以下简称二次调查）成果的现势性是评价二次调查成果质量的重要指标之一.针对现势性评估理论模型缺乏的现状，提出了利用建设用地现势性指数和占用耕地变更正确性指数来评估二次调查成果的现势性.并对杭州市9区（县）的二次调查成果进行了现势性评估，结果表明，该方法科学可靠，适用于评估二次调查成果的现势性.

Abstract: The data currency of the second national land survey (hereinafter referred as the second survey) is one of the most important index to evaluate the quality of the second survey results. Considering the present situation of the lack of theoretical model in currency evaluation, a new method using the construction land currency index and the change correctness index of the occupied arable land is figured out to evaluate the currency of the second survey results. The experiments have evaluated the second survey data currency of the nine districts or counties of Hangzhou. Results show that the method is scientific and feasible, and can be used to evaluate the currency of the second survey results.
